We are harder on ourselves than we are on anyone else. How many times have you looked in the mirror and said “Oh I’m so fat; Oh I have so many wrinkles” or any of the other negative comments? How many times have you called yourself “Stupid” or said “I’ll never be able to do that”?
You wouldn’t say these things to your friends or even a stranger; why should you say them to yourself? Your subconscious starts to believe them after a while. You need to replace negative thoughts of yourself with positive thoughts and soon your subconscious will believe them. Look in the mirror and say kind things and smile at yourself. See how good that makes you feel. Do it every day and see what a difference it makes.
