The imagination is so delicate that sometimes even words wound it

I’ve learned that upkeeping your happiness is a matter of finding bliss in everything.

The smell of fresh laundry, a cheap lunch, or a really good glass of beer.
A new ringtone, taking a nap in a really warm spot, or curling up with a good sandwich.

Mindless action movies, making a new playlist, or finding that other sock you lost.
Adding someone on Facebook, taking a new default picture, or a day at the beach.

Real optimism is being able to make the smallest things into your biggest sources of joy.

I actually read one out of your 40 odd posts, thats how frequently you write :-P, but whichever that post happens to be, it just impresses me more with your writings...

Thats just so true...Small things turned into the biggest sources of joy is, I'd say, an achievement really. :-)
