generally about people. sometimes about my frnds, sumtimes family. and at other times i just hope i don wake up again.
Depends, if I am doing yoga before bed I focus on what the video is saying and the words. If I am going to sleep on my own I run the days events over in my head or think about Mr and Mine future goals.
